How it works

Copy Trading vs a Rules-Based Bot

Copy trading follows another trader’s trades. A rules-based bot like Avalisa PO Bot follows rules you set yourself. Here is who decides each trade, what a losing streak costs in each approach, and how to try both on a demo account.

What copy trading is

Copy trading means your account mirrors the trades another trader opens. Pocket Option describes social/copy trading features inside its own platform; check the current options in your own account, because we have not verified them.

The defining point: the other trader decides the trades, and you follow without knowing the reasoning behind each one.

What a rules-based extension does instead

Avalisa PO Bot is a Google Chrome extension that automates trades on Pocket Option in your own browser, following settings you choose:

  • Avalisa Bot mode (Pro): a rule-based signal mode; Intensity sets how many of four rules must agree — Low (2), Mid (3) or High (all 4).
  • Martingale mode: raises the stake after a loss by a multiplier you pick (2x to 3x), capped by the Martingale Steps setting.
  • Also yours to set: Direction, timeframe, Minimum payout % and Pair Scan — see the settings guide.

It works on demo and real Pocket Option accounts. Start on demo.

What a losing streak costs in each approach

Avalisa PO Bot: Steps = N allows N + 1 trades in a losing cycle; at 2x, Steps 3 costs 15 times the base stake. There is no separate stop-loss — limiting Steps is the cap, and the bot pauses when the next stake would exceed the balance. Work out your numbers in the Martingale calculator and read Martingale risk explained.

Copy trading: you inherit the other trader’s risk choices. Check what sizing limits your account offers.

Side by side

  • Who decides the trade: copy trading — another trader, live. Bot — your own settings.
  • What you control: copy trading — which trader to follow, plus whatever sizing the platform offers. Bot — intensity, direction, multiplier, Steps, timeframe, minimum payout and pair scan.
  • What you can test on demo: copy trading — following a trader on a demo account, if offered. Bot — your exact configuration before touching a real account.

Which to try first

  1. Open a Pocket Option demo account.
  2. If your account offers copy trading, try it there and watch how closely the demo account tracks the trader.
  3. Try Avalisa PO Bot separately on demo with a cautious setup: Martingale at 2x with a small Steps limit, or Avalisa Bot at High intensity.
  4. Compare how each behaved and what a losing streak cost — not balances — before deciding anything about a real account. See how to test a bot on demo.

Risk statement

Binary options are high risk, and Martingale losing streaks compound quickly. Our own measurements (September 2026) found no setting that beat break-even over large samples — more in honest win rates and break-even. Trade only money you can afford to lose. Trading involves risk. Avalisa does not guarantee profits. Start on a demo account.

Frequently asked questions

Can I copy trade and run the bot at once?

The bot holds one trade at a time in its tab (why). Running both makes results hard to attribute, so test one at a time on demo.

Does Pocket Option allow bots?

Pocket Option’s own blog says automated strategies are fine as long as they comply with platform rules, and names market manipulation — not automation — as the explicit ban risk. That is their blog, not their formal Terms of Service, which we have not read directly; for a definitive answer on your own account, ask Pocket Option support.

Can I withdraw after bot trading?

Withdrawals go through Pocket Option’s own normal flow, the same whether trades were placed by hand or by the extension.

Try it where losing costs nothing

The free Demo plan includes 10 Martingale trades. Install Avalisa PO Bot from the Chrome Web Store, follow the setup guide, and run it on a Pocket Option demo account first. On a phone, use the webapp bot. Basic is $69 one-time; Pro is $119 one-time or $29/month (a recurring subscription) — you choose at checkout on pricing.
